LOVE LETTER

I gaze at the stars above
Pinholes in the blanket of night
I think of love

The tender Breeze
Runs up my arm
I'm so in love

Who's the lucky Lady ?
There is none, I'm in love with the World
I love you

You keep me safe from harm
Embrace me
Now I'm nice and warm
Your Morning Sun
Is my alarm

Your Breath strokes my cheek
Swimming in your Waters
Induces deep sleep
Sitting next to the glow
Of your Fire
Tears of love I weep

What an awesome expression, Puna. How much better off would we all be if each of us embraced the world around us??

Thank you both for your wonderful comments. I arrived home last night, and the sky was clear and full of stars. I look at them for awhile. I felt the breeze, then I remembered all the wonderful times I've had outdoors. It didn't matter so much then that I was coming home to an empty house.

This is both tender and sincere. A love letter like this would be treasured forever.

It is wise to take a close look into the world of your mind and to make the distinction between beneficial and harmful states of mind. Once you can recognize the value of good states of mind, you can increase or foster them."

In love with the essence of BEing. What more could anyone ask? I've moved in and out of that state of presence. More so when I lived at a less frenetic pace. In Colorado. I have to get out of the city! :)

Selma, Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed this one.
MC.I am trying to increase and foster my beneficial state of mind. Mahalo.
Epiphany, The city is a tough one . It's hard to escape the distractions. Where I live , nature is the strongest force. There is no neon, city lights, or the drone of traffic.
Thank you all for the comments.
